After the race. All the images selected for this photo blog were captured by Lee Crabb of Scrumpix Images after the athletes had crossed the finishing line at the recent British Army Cross Country Championships. On the whole I have stuck with my favourite them of the eyes of the athlete, even if closed, as an examination of the emotion and effort that fits hand in glove with particpation in sport. Each image has been cropped from the original which was captured in 2 x 3 format with a mix of both portrait and landscape source images being used.
