As the count down to the Army Navy day at Twickenham begins I have published Greg Barden’s Invitational XV. Having only retired himself from XV-a-side rugby last season it naturally contains many players who will be on show on Saturday, blended with some greats of the past. Hopefully you will find it an enjoyable read.
Greg was one of the most versatile players to have represented Navy Rugby and played in five of the seven back line positions . However that feat was surpassed by one of the players who forms the answer to the last Proud Heritage quiz set. I hope to have the answer published later this week along with thee entry on the great players list.
