The beach is just a mass of foam and kelp that has been ripped up from the sea bed. Waves are breaking each and every way and it is like walking in cloud there is so much spray being thrown at the camera lens.
For 100m or so from the foreshore the sea is just a boiling cauldron as wave after wave rushes in.
