As you approach Glen Coe from the South you pass one of Scotland’s most famous mountains which stands guard over the glen’s entrance. The pyramid of Stob Dearg at 1022m is an imposing site and behind runs the five mile ridge of ‘The GReat Herdsman’. I have added two images of this iconic mountain to my Glen Coe gallery.
